The health club offers many group classes, including our spinning program which offers 21 classes a week. We also feature old favorites like yoga, step aerobics, pilates, kickboxing and total body classes. If you want to just pump it up, we have a freeweights section that also features hammer strength equipment. The club offers the latest fitness equipment like Magnum, Life Fitness, Cybex, Nautilus, to name a few. Our instructors will provide a workout to fit your own personal needs.
Let us assist you in reaching your full potential in any of our 3 GIANT SPACES at the Fitness Center. We even have a LADIES ONLY area. And when your done with your work-out, you can enjoy our spa and tanning facilities, plus our juicebar.
