On Saturday, February 4 at 8:00 AM, we are hosting a Bodyshred Master Class for all NHHR members and their guests.

Jillian Michaels is a celebrity personal trainer, best known for her appearance on The Biggest Loser. For nearly 25 years, Michaels has used kickboxing, yoga, weight training and plyometrics to help people get into shape.

The Bodyshred series is a high intensity 30-minute interval workout that focuses on strength, cardio and abs. SHRED stands for Synergistic, High Intensity, Resistance, Endurance and Dynamics. The 3-2-1 interval incorporates three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardo and one minute of abs for five repetitions.

Our master class, taught by April Adorno, is a 45-minute Bodyshred-inspired workout that will help you train hard, train smart and get shredded!
