Our programs are open to members and non-members, with discounts available for all who are part of our club. Adult Tennis Programs and Events
Grand Prix Nights: Test your skills with our round robin leagues. You’ll play three rounds according to level, with different levels scheduled on different evenings during the week.
Friday and Sunday Night Party (19+): We schedule organized matches in a fun, healthy, and relaxed atmosphere for improving your skills. Refreshments are offered.
Cardio Tennis: A big hit at North Haven Health & Racquet Club! Our unique program blends the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, creating a high-energy, full-body class. This very social and fun activity is geared toward all abilities – and offers a good introduction for new players.
USTA Teams: Teams are forming daily, with options for men, women, mixed, and juniors.

Classes are tailored to the age and ability of each child, with the goals of fine-tuning skills and turning kids into better players.
Future Stars (Quick Start): For players as young as 4, this class offers the chance to learn basic skills in a fun atmosphere.
Junior Development (8 to 17): North Haven Health & Racquet Club offers a variety of classes to meet each player’s specific needs.
H.I.T. – “High Intensity Tennis” (Advanced Training Program): An invitation-only class that brings the area’s top players together to train.
Extreme H.I.T. (With Movement Training): Taught by one of our expert personal trainers, this challenging and intensive program combines familiar tennis routines and sports-specific movement training.
